Reservations are made exclusively via WhatsApp.

  • Send us your name, contact info, and any preferences.
  • Ask us about available dates and number of participants.

03 Confirm your booking

You can pay online or confirm with a 20% deposit.

  • That’s it!

Once we verify the payment, we’ll send your confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

Cancellations and refunds

At Entre Cumbres EVT, we are committed to providing high-quality and well-organized experiences. We understand that unexpected events may occur, so we apply the following cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations by the client
  • Date changes
  • Cancellations due to weather conditions
  • Cancellations by Entre Cumbres EVT

Important information

  • Weather or force majeure: in the case of unforeseen events, the activity will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund the full amount paid.

  • Personal accident insurance: includes immediate medical care (consultations, medication, exams, hospitalization, emergency surgeries) and emergency transportation.

  • Health declaration and fitness statement: participants will be asked to sign a health declaration stating they have no medical conditions preventing them from joining mountain activities.

  • Liability waiver: participants must acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of trekking/high-altitude activities (falls, weather changes, fatigue, etc.).
